This is my 7th year as a personal trainer out of college. I graduated from Northern Vermont University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. I also hold a minor in Athletic Coaching. NSCA-CPT. My mission here at Fitness Unbound is to provide a fun, safe, and consistent approach to help not only reach your goals, but, to push yourself further then you thought you could go. I was a collegiate All-American runner. I also played baseball and tennis in college and competed in half and full marathons with current focus on competitive powerlifting.
